We understand refunding your money may not be the best solution in the rare event that you have to go through such a experience. But this is the least we could do immediately while we thoroughly investigate why the inclusions or any promised services were not delivered and take corrective action(s), even if those mean black listing any suppliers, partners, service providers or hotels for all times in the future.
