In Phnom Penh, head out to Sisowath Quay. A 3 kilometre strip packed with vendors, locals and tourists, the quay is lined with hotels, restaurants, bars cafes and shops and offers some of the best eating experiences in Cambodia. Seafood lovers, rejoice.
Eat crab or lobster cooked right in front of you by passing vendors while watching a Cambodian sunset. Wash it down with some Angkor beer, the local hops.
