Bako National ParkA haven for wildlife, Bako National Park is a hot-spot among Malaysian tourists. The park consists of rainforest and kerangas - sandstone habitats that provide geological back-up to the plateau. An hour-long walk to the headquarters of the park and you'll already have seen four distinct species of the pitcher plant. It?s a nice place to see the Proboscis monkey (long- nosed) as well as Macaque monkeys. You will find them near the beach area during the evening time. Don?t try to cover Bako along with other destinations on the same day; it would be a nice idea to spend some time here.
Batu Caves
?Officially? coming into existence some 120 years back, the caves are said to have been discovered by the American naturalist William Hornaday. These limestone caves are a dedication to Muruga Lord Subramaniam, whose 140-feet high golden statue has recently been installed here. Batu caves are a must-visit especially during Thaipusam - the annual Hindu festival.
Petronas Twin Tower
Looming high with 88 stories above ground level, Petronas is the World?s largest twin structure. The feather in KL's crown, the towers are located in the heart of the capital. The building features spacious complex of office buildings, conference chambers, a park and a classic shopping mall. Petronas is also a chic location for shooting films.
Cherating Beach

Casino de Genting is an internationally acclaimed gaming zone that features multipurpose venues.
The Golden Triangle
It is one of the most happening places in Malaysia. Come here for shopping, sight-seeing, fine dining, or clubbing- you can?t get enough of this place. Bukit Bintang, being the most popular shopping zone is a must visit. Other than that the office towers of Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur City Center, the Party Street, etc. are some more nice stopovers.
