Take a two hour drive towards the east of Bangkok and you will reach this attractive city exuding great charm and colour. One of the most sort-after night party zones in Thailand, this city is always in motion. Pattaya's raunchy bars and swanky cabaret adds spice to its already glitzy nightlife.
Approximately 200 kilometres from Bangkok, Hua Hin is a popular beach resort town in the Prachuap Khiri Khan province. In the early 1900s, king Prajadhipok visited the town and so enamored was he by its beauty that he built the Wang Klai Kang Won (translation: ‘Far from Worries’) palace and it is now the full-time residence of the current king of Thailand. Hua Hin lies in close proximity to some beautiful national parks and ancient cities, and this little beach town could be well worth your time in Thailand.
