At a distance of 185 kilometers from Udaipur, it is home to many beautiful lakes, waterfalls and green forests. Mount Abu is popular for its Dilwara Jain temples.

Jaipur

418 kilometers away from Udaipur, is the capital of Rajasthan - Jaipur. The city happens to be the first planned city of India. There are monuments, palaces, lakes, temples and gardens that exhibit the state's rich culture and architectural splendour. The Palace quarter encloses a sprawling palace complex, (Hawa Mahal), formal gardens, and a small lake. Nahargarh Fort, which was the residence of the King Sawai Jai Singh II, crowns the hill in the northwest corner of the old city. The observatory, Jantar Mantar, is a World Heritage Site.
