You have to take into account double monsoons before planning a trip here. The most crowded months are from November to March and between July and August. Travel is most expensive during Christmas and New Year. Some people like to travel here during the Tet (Vietnamese New Year), the biggest festival in the country, which falls in late January or early February. While it sounds great, it?s one of the most crowded and costly times to plan a trip.
