Zeil

In the heart of Frankfurt lies one of Europe’s busiest, most bustling shopping streets. The street has huge department stores like the Galeria Kaufhof and Karstadt, shopping complexes like the Zeilgalerie and MyZeil, many stand-alone shops and specialised shops offering an extensive range of products. A special attraction is the viewing platform on the roof of the Zeilgalerie. From here, visitors have an impressive view over the skyscrapers and the entire city to the Taunus Mountains. Stop at one of the cafes or restaurants when you’re tired of shopping.

Goethestraße

This is the glamorous ‘Fifth Avenue’ of Frankfurt’s shopping areas. Designer fashions and exclusive jewellery, upmarket boutiques and the latest trends are all found here. Armani to Versace, all international top designers have stores in this area.

Leiziger Straße

Located in the heart of the student area of Bockheim, Leipziger Street offers a colourful and multicultural mixture of small shops. Speciality shops such as small shops offering jewelry and accessories created by young upcoming designers and shops for esoteric books can be found alongside Turkish Fruits’n’Vegetable markets.
