Most of Krabi’s shopping areas are situated close to the beach fronts. Ao Nang is Krabi’s best shopping area, offering the best range of merchandise. Thai handicrafts are sold aplenty here, and so are a number of international brands. Thailand has one of the highest concentration of tailoring shops and two of the most popular ones in Krabi are King's Fashion, and Kent - both in Ao Nang market. Since prices are low and choice is wide, also in huge demand are larger items like furniture, gold jewellery and gems.
