Global Bird Watchers’ Conference in Gujarat

So how many of you like to do bird watching? You know, just sitting with your buddies at cafes or restaurants and checking out girls, laughing and having a good time!

Well, in case you have forgotten the original meaning of bird watching, let us remind you that it involves observing the very pretty feathered species, and bird watchers take their muses very seriously. From bird bloggers to ornithologists, to photographers or travel writers, this field is becoming a favourite with many!

Feathered beauties

The 4th Global Bird Watchers’ Conference, the annual event of Gujarat tourism department in coordination with the forest department, is taking place from January 31 to February 3, 2021 at Gandhinagar. It is a platform for discussion by international experts on birds, birding and bird watching to promote tourism and conservation. Gujarat serves as a beautiful natural habitat for a number of birds who migrate there every year and are simply a birdwatcher’s delight.
