- Tell them about the weather and events at their destinations
- Glassware can also translate foreign languages
- The technology could tell Virgin Atlantic staff their passengers’ food and drink preferences

Experts see a lot of potential benefits in the use of Google Glass to provide better customer service with ease and efficiency. It can replace desktops and laptops and also reduce information searching time remarkably.
Who can use this technology as of now?
- The 6-week trial is being held only at the London Heathrow airport
- It is being used only for passengers travelling by the upper class lounge for now.
- Google glass continues to be available for all others who sign up for the company’s Glass Explorer Program
Still being tested, Google Glass has been used by doctors and classroom teachers and is scheduled to be made available to the public within this year.
